Well there isn't customer service
Well there isn't customer service. I received the product. Reached out by email with a question. They said they would get back to me, never did. Emailed again. Did not understand what I was asking and replied to something different.
Tried calling, but they are too busy, so they ask you to submit a request online. Did that same old thing. They don't listen, so obviously do not care.
They won't get my business again. Buyer beware.

Terrible Customer Service & Total Ripoff!!!
Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering, now I'll have to initiate a chargeback with my bank because Fresh are ignoring me, don't respond to emails, webform, live chat and you can't get through on the phone.
Customer service is an absolute disgrace and when it's this bad I lose all faith in their products, they're not trustworthy.
Seriously, don't waste your time and money shopping here, they'll rip you off then you'll never hear from them again!
My order was missing items to the value of £70!!!! That's a lot and who can afford to have some company just take that amount of their hard earned cash then ignore you.
Honestly, don't buy from them, read the reviews and go elsewhere and use products from a more ethical and honest company and brand. I wish I had, would've saved me a fortune. Now instead I'm forced to initiate a chargeback because I ignored the reviews, thought couldn't possibly be that bad, boy was I wrong!

Received Rose Hydrator toner without a cap for the bottle. Called customer service numerous times and send messages via their website without a response.
I will never order from their web site again, and will be using different products from other beauty brands.

I ordered my products on Dec 04, 2022. I Called Fresh customer service 18 days later they still haven't shipped yet. so I canceled my order on Dec 22, 2022. I got an email from them it said they just shipped it. WTH!!. I sent an email to customer service and requested my return authorization number but they didn't reply to my email. Their customer service is so bad.

Don't care about you once they have your money.
If you value your money or your time, do NOT order from Fresh.com. I received someone else's order (I'm in CA and they were in Illinois). My fiancé never got her gift. Their 800 phone line is a bad joke - a generic message that either hangs up on you or pretends to "go to operator" which then says the operator is not available and tells you to leave a message (which they'll never call back on). They offer no email contact point, just a website form. I've left two messages via their website contact form which detailed everything about my order and the wrong order and have never even had them contact me once. Basically, once they have your money they don't give a damn about you. We'll never do business with them again. I'll be filing a complaint with the AG in their state of incorporation and directing the AG to this site to show that interstate commercial fraud is their routine form of business.

Ordered my products on Dec11,2022 via 2day shop runner. Called Fresh customer service and was informed that company was experiencing a delay. Because my order was a gift for my daughter, I told representative to send me a return label. To date, no merchandise, no return label. I did receive my bill from my credit card company.
Zero customer service
Really horrible customer service, ordered with shop runner for 2 day delivery before the holidays, it's been over 10 days and no shipping update. Tried calling, emailing, online chat and not able to reach any representative. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Just go to Sephora or Nordstrom
Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. Sent the wrong product and now trying to ask for a refund as the item has been sent weeks ago. No reply to emails very unprofessional!

Great deal, had 7 free samples in Christmas countdown. Beautiful complimentary gift wrap. Very quick dispatch and delivery. Very pleased. If I could give 10 stars I would. Wonderful products too, had a complimentary facial before from fresh in Harrods beauty, my skin was glowing afterwards. Effective naturally derived products, a bit pricey but well worth it if you can get the items in the Christmas countdown daily deals.

Terrible customer service. No matter how many emails you sent they would never address my order issue. Never ordering again.

Surprised to see the bad reviews but I didn’t have to use customer service at all throughout my order process as didn’t have any issues.
I ordered a gift for my sister, all items arrived quickly, were as described and well packaged. Came beautifully gift boxed with a gift note as requested.
My sister is really happy with all of the products and her skin has improved and is looking really clear and glowy!
